On our site you can find the product you seek by several ways.
1) You can simply enter model or part number into the searchbox in the left top corner of any battshop.eu page. If there is more than one product matching your search criteria, the page with a list of the products which you can sort by price, title, or SKU* will appear. Beside each found product you can find icon "DETAIL" which can after clicking on it display the detailed view with availability and deatiled information.
2) You can also find the product by typing the text into the search box and then click on the sentence "Where to search..?" below the searchbox. Blue frame with text will appear. There you can choose where you want to search. If only in SKU, or in SKU, title, and description, or according to parametres.
3) You can select brand by choosing one of the categories in red boxes in the left column on homepage or on any www.battshop.eu page.
When you type, e.g. part number NP-60, our search system will find batteries with part number NP-60 and also with NP-600. So, please be careful with choosing a right battery. If the part number or model you typed into the searchbox is not contained in our catalog, please feel free to contact our customer service by online chat, email, or by phone.
When you first visit our eshop you will probably start to search the product you need and then place an order. No registration is needed to place an order. Simply fill in the entries necessary for shipping your order. After proceeding the order we provide you with random ID and password which allows you to see your order and invoice online. Being registered will make the checkout of your orders faster. If you order more than one product and one of the ordered products is out of stock you will see its status in orders online in different color, e.g. when we restock goods and process your order, the color of the out-of-stock product will be changed into the processed one. When you visit our eshop next time, your orders and invoices will remain in the profile. If you plan to visit our shop from time to time, you can change also user ID and password from the generated one to your own one.
However you may appreaciate to register first and then just simply place an order.
There is no need to remember user ID and password. After registration we send you the information email with user ID, password and your personal entries. You can also retrieve your password by entering your email address in section "Forgot your password?" which you can find in the right top corner of any battshop.eu page.
Registration on our eshop is free of charge, and is not conditioned with purchasing of our products.
You can add the item to your shopping cart by the button "add to cart". After you confirm adding of the item the brief information about added item and amount will be displayed. You can close it and continue with shopping or you can click on "display my shopping cart" and proceed your order.
If you continue in shopping you can get to your shopping cart anytime you want simply by clicking on the icon of shopping cart on the right side on the top of the page. Beside each item you can find the field with required amount. You can change the amount by retyping the numeral and clicking on the button "re-count". After re-counting of the items actual price will be displayed. With the "X" button you can delete the item from the shopping cart.
1. You are not registered user
You may add the item to the cart. After entering to the cart you will see which type of product you are going to buy. You can control its parametres and quantity then you have two possibilities. You can cancel the order by button right bellow the cart or on the bottom of the page, or you can continue in your order by clicking on the button "proceed to checkout". You will be transferred to the form where you may enter your billing and shipping information. There you have also possibility to cancel the order or proceed to check out. After clicking on "proceed to checkout" you can check your full order and select the method of payment (if you choose payment by credit card, you should select the type of your credit card). You can also add some notes, e.g. if you have your company internal number of the order or you wish to add some note about delivery, payment, the product, etc. You can find there also the possibility to send all the items together. It means that if any of the items is out of stock, we will dispatch the order after all items are in stock. Before confirming the order you should confirm agreement with the Terms of use. After you confirm the agreement and click on "confirm the order" the order is sent to our system and you will see the sentence "Your order was successfuly received". Bellow you can find generated random ID and password which allows you to see your order and invoice online. On the same page you will see the order reference number which you may use for communication with us. There is also possibility to print the order. Important part is "Click on the picture to check out:" where you settle the order. When the order is succesfully settled we will get a confirmation about payment by email. Upon this confirmation we will start to process the order.
2. You are registered user
The same pocedure as in section 1. "You are not registered user", but the part with the billing and shipping address is prefilled. You just select the payment method and confirm the order (if you choose payment by credit card, you should select the type of your credit card). After you confirm the agreement and click on "confirm the order" the order is sent to our system and you will see the sentence "Your order was successfuly received. Bellow there are your user ID and password as you have chosen them. On the same page you will see the order reference number which you may use for communication with us. There is also possibility to print the order. Important part is "Click on the picture to check out:" where you settle the order. When the order is succesfully settled we will get a confirmation about payment by email. Upon this confirmation we will start to process the order.
There can be some unforeseeable circumstances upon which you may want to cancel your order. In that case, please inform us as soon as possible about the cancellation. We will do appropriate steps to cancel your order and refund you as described in Warranty and Return Policy
